Why do I have to appear in-person to turn in registration information, if I registred on-line?
We have to collect original signed medical waiver forms (required by medical staff), copies of birth certificates, 5 copies of the completed registration forms, coaching apps, verify IDS and collect signed forms for any managers, coaches, and other team volunteers that are in the dugout, fields, or practices such as: team moms, scorekeepers, etc… (background checks). Mailing in the information resulted in a significant of amount of missing paperwork, signed forms, payment, and non-completed forms.
