Why do I have to agree to the Visa Buxx E-Consent Terms?
As the parent, and sponsor of the Visa Buxx card, you must have a valid email address in order to participate in the Visa Buxx card program. The Visa Buxx card program uses email to provide you with the status of your teen’s account and your teen’s monthly account statement. Federal law requires that you consent to receive information about the Visa Buxx account via email. Therefore, you must review and accept the Visa Buxx E-Consent Terms before you can complete your enrollment in the Visa Buxx card program. In addition to your acceptance of the terms, we must verify that you can receive email from us. To do this, we send a Visa Buxx Enrollment Verification to the email address you provided during the enrollment process. You must access and review the E-Consent Terms within 7 days from your enrollment, or your enrollment in the Visa Buxx program will be cancelled, and your teen will not be issued a Visa Buxx card.
