Why do i have such a horrible taste in my mouth?

I’ve been feeling slightly ill lately, well only since yesterday and most of yesterday and today i’ve had the most disgusting taste in my mouth that wont go away it’s nearer the back and it’s making me feel worse, i can’t think what it could be, it’s just so disgusting. The only other symptoms i have are slightly blocked nose, and very hot and very sweaty.
