Why do I have multiple Quarantine accounts and receive multiple Spam Quarantine Summary reports?
Each email address is unique to the spam firewall. If you currently receive email for various aliases, each one will be a separate Quarantine account in the spam firewall. A future enhancement is under development that will treat iMail host aliases consistent with the iMail view and minimize the extra Quarantine accounts. This feature is expected to be available this fall.
