Why do I have a 3X5 inch snowy screen in the upper left hand corner of my computer screen?
If you have a 3×5 inch square in the upper left hand corner of your screen or if the Zoboomafoo logo remains in the middle of the screen during play, click start, settings, control panels and open the QuickTime application. Click the drop down arrow and select video settings. Remove the check to the left of Enable Direct Draw Acceleration. Close all of the applications and enjoy the program.
