A – Every student receives their first Blinn Bucs card free of charge. Higher One mails it to the address that you have provided us; it is important for you to keep your address information current with Blinn College. Since Blinn College no longer issues refund checks, the only way for you to receive a refund is to activate your Blinn Bucs card, and choose your refund preference. If we have to re-order your card, we must assess you a $20.00 replacement fee; that is how much the replacement card costs Blinn College.
