Why do I get the wrong filename when printing to an x64 Server from Word or PowerPoint macros?

When printing print via macro from Word and PowerPoint to a virtual printer on an x64 server, the resulting filename will be something like 12-12345.pdf. This name is the temporary file name for incoming jobs, and only occurs when using the macro. There is currently no workaround for this, although it should be fixed in a future update.
