Why do i get the error Pin code failed when I try to register it?
Your Pin redemption can fail for these three reasons: • It is invalid: make sure the PIN code is entered correctly on the relevant promotion page. • It is already in use: please contact our support team with your PIN code and your username for the store. • It has expired: Check the expiration date of your PIN. Please remember that the campaign specific terms and conditions need to be agreed to.
