For the TFT EAS 911 this is an indication that menu item 18 is set incorrectly. WinMasterCG requires the protocol to be set to “TFT std I/F.” If this setting is not selected, the TFT 911 will activate immediately. If the SAGE EAS system is in use, this is an indication of a communication problem with the computer. See the section on establishing serial communication.
