You may see errors reported something like this: RSA AM failure: SOAP Fault soapenv:Server.userException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0xf) was found in the element content of the document. If the shared secret between Radiator and the RADIUS client do not match. This causes the password or tokencode to be incorrectly decrypted, causing authentication failure with the error above.
