Why do i get sharp chest pain near exams?
This is just stress and anxiety. A lot of people find themselves with chest pains when stressed. They then think there’s something wrong with the heart which makes it worse. In fact, it’s just your chest muscles tightening. (Think how people say their shoulders are knotted when they’ve had a bad day.) The only thing you can do is try to relax. If it’s really problematic then your GP could prescribe you a beta blocker, such as Propranolol. This eases the physical symptoms of anxiety attacks.
