If you have any add-on toolbars such as a Yahoo Companion or Google installed on your browser, you will need to turn them off, and if the pop-up blocker is enabled, you will need to disable it as MyCCRI uses pop-up windows. Disable the Pop-up Blocker If you are using IE 7 or 6.0 on Windows XP SP2, you can manage pop-ups on the Tools menu. • Go to the Tools menu, and click Internet Options… • Go to the Privacy tab. At the bottom of the page, see the box next to “Block pop-ups”. If the box is checked, you are blocking pop-ups. • Click the box to uncheck it and thereby unblock pop-ups — the state you want to be in when using MyCCRI. • If the box is already unchecked, leave it alone. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
