A. Firstly, check that the tape/DVD is actually playing by checking the tape counter is increasing. If the tape is playing, check that the data projector is switched to the correct video channel. Next, look for a square, whitepanel somewhere around the lectern/AV cabinet with two connectors and a switch marked AUX PANEL. Make sure that the switch is in the VCR position. If there is still a problem then contact us as further investigation is needed.
