lately I get headaches, sharp stomach pains, diarrhea,nausea,vomiting and sour taste in my mouth starting the day after I return from shopping. the last time it lasted about 2 weeks. I found that white rice helps with some of the symptoms along with shots of Pepto. I am experiencing the same symptoms now after I returned from shopping yesterday. Please advise.
