Why do I get error message for the IGES->tetin translation where IGES file is written from CATIA?

For some reason Catia sometimes produces double . (dots) as decimal dividers. If these exist in the IGES file, IGES->Tetin translation fails. You can probably use the direct interface to Catia which can produce a tetin file without the need of an iges file.
