Why do I get “data is unreadable” when using Wave Systems® Personal Information Manager (PIM)?

0

There is a known issue with The Wave Systems® EMBASSY® Trust Suite sub-program Personal Information Manager (PIM) version dated 8/25/2003. If a user types in a character that is not in the normal English ASCII character set and then restarts the PIM program the user will receive a “Data is unreadable” error message. This can be corrected by downloading and installing the an update for the Wave Systems® EMBASSY® Trust Suite from: http://www.wave.com/support/downloads_PIM.html Note: this update patch will not affect any previously entered data.
