Why do I get an error message telling me my user name was not found in the AcceleNet user database?
Your system administrator should enter your user name on the AcceleNet server. Make sure that your administrator has entered a user name for you. Make sure that you have entered the correct name, verify that the name is not misspelled. If you need to view or change your user name, right click on the AcceleNet icon and select options. In the options dialog change the user name entered into the login setup field. Click the Apply button. The next time you run AcceleNet, the new name will be used to start the program.
