I have tried to reinstall the Yap Phone software and I continue to get an error about a dll file. What does that mean?

While the Toolbar for IE or Deskbar for Windows are install they have a DLL file registered and used by Windows. When you reinstall the installer tries and copies the DLL again, but the current DLL is in use and Windows won’t allow the file to be replaced.
