Why do I get a rolling or flickering colour picture when playing Region 1 titles?
This is because you are playing an NTSC title and converting it to PAL60 which your TV doesn’t support. In the Setup Menu turn Pseudo PAL either Off. Your player will now output PAL50 which is compatible with PAL TVs. 6.8 The 4:3 Pan & Scan mode doesn’t work. The 4:3 Pan & Scan mode is only activated if the DVD title includes a 4:3 version of the feature. However, most DVDs only carry the Widescreen version. 6.9 I can’t get the Parental Rating Lock to work. This feature is reliant on the rating information being present on the DVD title. It would appear that many Region 2 titles do not carry this information.
