Why do I get a “No Access” error when I click on the “Logon” link on the econveyance™ welcome page?
“No Access. An error has occurred which has denied access to this system. This can occur from an invalid authentication attempt, or from having cookies disabled in your browser.” There are many potential causes for this error. One may be incorrect Internet Explorer settings. If you have accessed the system from BC OnLine and you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, you need to reset your security settings. For detailed information on how to change these settings, click on the Help link on the error screen.
