Why do I get a disconnected on the status bar when starting a FareManager eConnect session?
This is usually a PC configuration problem. If you are using a SOCKS or Proxy server, verify that the settings are as prescribed in the FareManager eConnect configuration guide. If your access to FareManager eConnect is via a Firewall, ensure that the correct ports have been enabled in the firewall configuration. See the firewall document.
