Why do I get a Blue Screen after installing Timbuktu Pro for Windows and rebooting an NT PC?

Generally users get a Blue Screen after rebooting an NT PC due to incomplete installation or conflicts with the video driver or another gina.dll file. Please see Technote TPWN_007 for instructions on updating or editing the Registry entries for video drivers and gina.dll files. You should also make sure that you are using a compatible video card with the latest drivers. Please see the readme file for a list of compatible cards. NOTE: If you want to print this technote, you may have to go to Page Setup or Advanced Print Properties first and reduce the print scale percentage.
