Why do i feel sick after i play video games?
Lord, do I feel your pain on the insomnia part. Anyway…. There are two possibilities here. The most likely one is that you have motion sickness, and the crazy action in the games that you play is triggering it. Certain games make me sick; I can’t watch my friend play Ace Combat without wanting to puke my guts out, and first-person shooters are pretty much out of the question. The other option is that you have a mild form of epilepsy and the flashing lights in the game are triggering odd reactions from your brain….but you’d probably know by know if you really did have epilepsy. Unfortunately, there’s not very much you can do about this. How well-hydrated are you? Dehydration can sometimes trigger nausea and sweating (which seems backwards, but it’s true). If you drink more water during the day, especially before you start playing the game, you might not have such bad symptoms.
