Why do i feel abnormally tired and weak?
I think you’re on the right track. I think it’s stress, could be coming down with a cold and the alcohol could be masking the symptons, or it could be the startings of depression. I know, you’ll liable to say, “but I don’t feel depressed” but you listed several of the sterotypical signs there. Check into it.
Sounds to me like you just need to stop drinking and start exercising a little. Exercise has nothing to do with your weight really, EVERYONE needs to do it. You’ll feel MUCH better if you just spend 30 minutes a day getting a little exercise instead of drinking. It’ll also help with your depression. It’s all about your outlook on life. If you think you can make things better, you probably can. If you don’t, you’re probably right there too.
