Why Do i Cry When i Get Angry?

0

I do this as well. I’ve found that the reason I cry is because I’ve become so overwhelmed with anger and no “proper” form of release. The only other readily available emotion to fall back on is crying. I believe this is because both anger and crying are such equally “powerful” emotions that one can “carry over” or “cover” the other. Like when you feel SO sad that you get angry. And vise-verse. I have yet to find the triggers as to why I cry when I get angry. Maybe you should reevaluate the conversation that you and that Man had and figure out just what it was that triggered your anger in the first place. It is frustrating knowing that if you get angry you may cry. Learning the cause of this transference may help. Or the short answer: It’s just your body releasing anger, in the best way it can, to save your own sanity. I should know… I do it myself.
