Why do i always get a cramp in my left foot when coming of the ski lift?
Try doing this release for the tendon of that foot for I think the muscle needs to be released and doing the tendon one will get that release to it. Here’s how to release it: Achilles tendon: While sitting and your leg on your lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at about ankle height on the tendon on the back of your leg and apply pressure hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds. I think the muscle is just tightening up some and the dangling that you do with your foot might add to it but when you have to make sure your skis are up, pulling on that muscle it all kicks in so release it to see if that helps.
