Why do girls wear old, stinky flip flops?
Unfortunately, many people don’t realize how bad there shoes look or smell. And even if you tell them, REPEATEDLY, this will be of no avail. They have to realize how disgusting it themselves. My roommate had some grotesque looking WHITE (at one time they were white) old navy flip flops. She would wear them everywhere (to the club). We would tell her how awful they looked, until one day my other roommate got us all white flip flops. She was able to see the distinct difference in what was and what are her flip flops (not white). I also had issues with my smelly shoes. But we can save that story; it also ended in peer intervention, and self analysis.
