Why do German Shepherd Dogs sometimes get a bad rap? Why do some people not like them?
It always seems to me that any dog that is large and was bred for a particular protection job gets this kind of rap. For German Shepherds, it is common to see them in police and military training exercises on tv and this makes people think that they are scarier than they are. People need to learn that each dog has a different personality, just like people do!
