Why do foreign characters not appear correctly in the E-Mails I receive from RefScout®?
In order to display foreign characters in certain articles in your abstract e-mail correctly, you need an e-mail application which supports foreign character display. Specifically, we support the following e-mail applications at the time being: Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, and any other Unicode/UTF-capable mail client. If you are using Netscape Messenger and foreign characters do not display correctly, please select the menu option “View –> Encoding –> UTF-8”.
