We use the headshots for the PowerPoint presentation at the Awards Banquet at the ACFW Conference. The headshots are so that editors and agents and your fellow writers will know who the Finalists are, and so we have the headshot available for any press announcements made on behalf of our finalists. The headshot must be high resolution, approximately 500 x 500 pixels–the file will be at least 100 KB large.
