Why do files remain in Temporary Internet Folder?

If you are running more then one user on your PC then everyone gets there own temporary Internet Folder. 3.6G is a lot of memory so I would recommend changing the settings. If you would like to break into this folder and remove the files manaly then enter the folder then at the end of the address add \content.ie5 and delete the folders within.
