Why do employers have a porblem with extreem/creative hair cuts?
I think it is the employer. Mine are typical (here I go) upper class toffy nosed snobs who think the better the appearance the better you will perform and the better the family you come from. Ha! Underneath my blouse I hide 6 tattoos, refuse to take my nose stud out, wear my blouse untucked, dye my hair a purple/red (natural colours only allowed), swear when I see fit behind closed doors away from the public, and still do a bl00dy good job, even if I do say so myself (if I did a cr ap job I wouldn’t have been nominated for an award earlier this year). So as far as I’m concerned my employer can stick that in their pipe and smoke it, coz they can’t get rid of me on flimsy terms like appearance! Ooh, that feels better, rant over!
