Why do Drive-up ATMs have brail lettering?

0

I don’t know for sure, but I have used drive-up ATM’s before without driving up to them especially if the walk-up ATM was out-of-order. But it is also likely it would be a standard manufacturing policy.

Why would a manufacturer use a different key mold for machines that are intended as drive-up, versus walk up. It is likely a matter of manufacturing cost. Just use all the same keys since it is cheaper.
