Why do Disabled People, Ethnic Minorities or Older Workers have difficulties finding a job?
The answer I thought of for Disabled People is because of the environment in the workplace and because there is not enough space for their wheelchair (that’s only if they have one). For Ethnic Minorities it is because they might not understand the language, and for Older Workers it is because they will need re-trained and this will cost the place of work money and they might not want to hand out money for older people because they will not be around the place for very long.
