Why do different painting companies have different costs per square foot?

0

The cost per square foot is a rough “ball-park” figure used to calculate approximate painting costs. Each painter bases the cost on actual materials and damage of substrate. Obviously if a painter uses only the highest quality paint and another uses economy grade paint (which doesn’t last), the “cost per square foot” will differ.
