Why do developing country community organizations need a Canadian NGO partner?
A. ALF is a small organization with and in order to keep administration minimal and to ensure funds are received and distributed to the recipient community group, it is very helpful for us to be able to channel it through a Canadian NGO. In addition, many Canadian NGOs working with community organization programmes in developing countries can receive matching funding from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
