Why do Conservatives like pro-American country music while liberals like anti-American punk rock?

perhaps conservatives are a little more self assured and look to music for contentment, not needing reminders of their political bent, as it would seem liberals need to constantly keep an”edge” on, personally i prefer classic country, modern country is nothing more than rock music with, a fiddle and steel guitar added, I don’t listen to music to get fired up, but to relax, as we speak i keep George strait on xm radio as a background for mellow thinking
Country music is derived from music from places like Scotland and Ireland. Punk is from Germany and England. Get a life you old coot. You are probably a goat roper wanna be country music person. I used to listen to it when it was real country music…now its half southern rock…total vomit. Where are the songs like Hey Good Lookin…now its just whiny lost my dog and wife music.
