Why do Christian organizations today need an extraordinary, organized prayer ministry?
Christian organizations needs an extraordinary, well-organized prayer ministry because they operate in a sin-darkened, evil infested, Satan saturated arena that wants to destroy Gods Plan. Scripture directs us – in Eph 6:12 – where our spiritual energies are to be directed. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. For a ministry to succeed in our global community today, it needs to be founded upon, covered with and guarded by Gods eternal power, sovereignty and Holy Spirit. His foundation is prayer that covers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This should under-gird every ministry that sends the Good News of Jesus Christ out to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord and Savior.
