Why do chimes hurt Venom in Spiderman 3?
Originally, Symbiotes were naturally weakened by intense sounds and intense heat – especially large fires. Additionally, in some stories and games, (mostly mentioned in the 2000 Spider-Man game), they are also weakened by magnesium but that is probably because magnesium added to Spider-Man’s webbing made it burn.
