Why do children nowadays have no work ethic?
Here’s a little story for you: I used to work at this place before I had my daughter. There is an older man who used to own the company but now works for his sons. Anyway, he was telling me that his grand children have everything they could ever want, like this was a good thing. These kids never worked a day in their life. They wear all designer clothes, drive expensive cars and live in houses that cost millions of dollars. His exact words were ‘My grandchildren are starting at the top. I said to him ‘If they’re starting at the top, where do they have to go?’ He had no answer. Another little story about one of his granddaughters. Her father brought her to the mall and handed her $200. She got all pissy with her dad and said ‘That’s it!!!!’ Children have no work ethic today because they don’t have chores yet they get an allowance. They don’t have jobs yet they have all the newest video games and gadgets. They get into trouble yet they still go shopping at the mall every weekend with cas
