I often times get headaches when I wake up.I kept going to the doctor and I saw a neurologist.I also went to an opthomologist.Once I ruled all of that out,I decided to do some research on my own to see why i may be getting headaches specifically in the morning.I found that I may be getting headaches in the morning due to the fact that I breathe very shallowly and often time have sinus problems.That in turn causes carbon dioxide to build up in the blood and can cause the headaches.If this is the case talk to his/her pediatrician and he may prescribe an oxygen mask while the child is sleeping.
