Why do child custody laws always favor the mother?
The worst that can happen is the judge denies your request. If you both have joint custody even though they live with her you have the right to see your children. You can take her to court for not letting you see your children. Most of the time the judge issues new rules for visitaion that the mother must follow, if not you’d have to take her to court but if that happens you could get custody. Most judges prefer that fathers be involved with their children as much as possible. You’ve got nothing to lose and since it’s for your child(ren) they are worth it. Kudos for being a good dad!!
