WHY do certain people on here INSIST that low intensity exercise is better for fat loss?
People say that because if they continue to do high intensity excercises, they’ll bulk up, rather than just lose weight to be thin, which is what most people are aiming for. In any situation, high intensity work-outs WILL burn more fat/calories, you’ll just be building muscle as well. a teenage girl trying to drop a few pounds doesn’t want to get huge, she just want a leaner shape, therefore, she should be doing low intensity, endurance based exercises to burn fat.
