If you see that a non-refundable deposit is required, this should automatically warn you of the risks of doing business with this company. A non-refundable deposit guarantees you nothing, and the company could take your money with no intention of moving your vehicle. Excuses will include multiple delays. Either way, you will have lost your deposit.
