Why do business with Central Coast Fly Fishing?
Most fly shops carry the same general merchandise so why do business with one rather than another? I guess it boils down to a couple of things: customer service, honesty, fair pricing and a commitment to our natural resources. Customer service means different things to different people. To me it means doing all that I can to make sure my customers get what they want and are satisfied at the end of the transaction. It also means that I back up the product long after it leaves the shop and help the customer get the service they need from the manufacturer. Honesty is a trait that seems to be less common these days. If you ask me a question, I’ll give you an honest answer, even if it means losing a sale. If the local fishing is terrible, I’ll tell you so. I have nothing to gain and everything to lose if I give you a load of bull. I want your patronage now and for the future. I price our products fairly. That means that I don’t gouge but I don’t give it away, either. I’m in this business to
