Why do boxers eventually speak with a lisp?

Like someone before me said, if they speak with a lisp, they probably were born like that. Tyson always spoke that way. Some boxers do suffer from some sort of damage to the brain due to receiving too many blows to the head, like Bobby Chacon and Freddie Roach. Although Freddie Roach had a cyst on his brain, boxing didn’t help much, and now suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Bobby Chacon suffered his wife suicide and the murder of his son during his career, so he might have been affected mentally, as well as physically. But he did fight some gruesome matches in his career. Also, Duk Koo Kim died due a head injury for taking too many shots in a fight against Ray Mancini.
