Why do blood drives ask potentially embarrassing questions?
It is totally stupid. As a blood recipient, I don’t want them to give me blood they haven’t tested just because some old creep talking to a pretty young nurse promised that he hasn’t been boning cheap whores every friday night for three years. It doesn’t matter what that guy says – they should test his blood before they pump me full of it. Now that that’s taken care of, they are going to be testing everyone anyways – what’s the point of asking me questions about my wife’s sexual experience, etc. You shouldn’t trust my answers anyways! All they are doing is scaring away shy/prudish people.
