Why do black men wear basketball shorts under their pants?
Wow, this question really takes me back. In my early teens I would not be caught dead in any pants (except dress) with out a pair of shorts under it. This includes sweats and jeans. All my friends did it as well. Our reason was security. This helped combat random hard-on effects. Also, If someone pulled a prank, you had another layer on top of your underwear. I’m 39 and sagging was just taking off with the kids a few years younger than us. I remember they were sagging showing their shorts instead of their underwear. Ohhh how far we have come!
