Why do are there different prices for similar parking Space, storage Space, or office Space?
Each Space has a renal price and/or purchase price assigned by the Space lister. Contact the Space lister to accept their price or negotiate a different price. Rental and purchase prices are different for each Space due to differences of the Space and different situations by the Space lister. Micro-leasing exposes variances in peoples willingness to pay (WTP) for the same Space at different times or for a myriad of reasons for very similar Space.
