Why do anti-Christian people still live by the 7 day week?”
You will find the 7-day structure firmly in place in the first 5 books of the Bible structuring the lives of the Hebrews or Israelites, long before Jesus’ time. It is unclear whether the Hebrews “invented” the 7-day week or co-opted it from another ancient Near Eastern civilization. But, it is certainly clear that Christianity was not the source of the 7-day structure of our time. Now, I am not sure who you feel are “anti-Christian people” and how you know they live by 7-day weeks or whatever. Some religions employ differing lunar calendars. Modern calendars are structured to adjust monthly calendars for the leap year phenomenon in sophisticated ways. Adherence to this method of marking time has nothing to do with Christianity, anti-Christianity (whatever that means) or any religion.
